Nigel Boobier

Nigel is a Director of Open Trustees and provides our team with valuable insolvency knowledge and expertise.

Nigel has significant experience advising clients on all types of insolvency and restructuring situations. Nigel has advised corporates, directors, creditors, lenders, public authorities and stakeholders in pension situations (including corporates, trustees and the Pension Protection Fund).

Nigel joined Osborne Clarke in 1997 and was made a Partner in 2002 when he also became a director of Open Trustees. He remains actively involved with the work of R3, The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Institute for Turnaround.
