Old British Steel Pension Scheme – information for members
The Old British Steel Pension Scheme entered an assessment period for the purposes of the Pension Protection Fund (the “PPF”) on 29 March 2018 and Open Trustees was appointed to manage the Scheme through this process. Open Trustees is a member of the PPF’s specialist trustee advisory panel and has extensive experience of taking schemes of all shapes and sizes through a PPF assessment period having taken over 50 schemes through this process since the PPF was established in 2005.
